During my 16 years of practice, I have worked with many people of all ages. I have my own special way of combining Medical Massage with Relaxation . While you are here, expect to feel relaxed and reenergized - physically, emotionally and spiritually. I have been told by many of my clients that my work is different, and I have been fortunate to be servicing many of them for years. Professional Training

I am a 1996 graduate of the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in Sarasota, Florida where I learned the basics including history of massage, anatomy, physiology, and practicum, becoming licensed and certified in Florida. 

After graduation, I trained with two very well known and respected massage therapists. Aside from learning and conducting medical massage, I was privileged  to learn and conduct many other modalities. I now live in Rhode Island and am licensed and nationally certified both here in RI and in Florida. Over the years, I've continued my education to better myself and to continue to help others. That has added immensely to my unique style.

 My niche is combining many different techniques in one treatment-Swedish, Neuromuscular, Intuitive Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral, Healing Touch Energy work and more -  all for one flat rate. 

I have been Certified in Prenatal massage for over 10 years and a member of the Rhode Island Birth Network. I truly enjoy helping women through their pregnancy from conception to giving birth.

Massage is one of the best things you can do for yourself to reduce any swelling or pain due to your pregnancy and to create a smooth, restful and relaxing experience for both you and your baby.

  I am certified in many Spa techniques including Hot Stone massage, Mud Wraps , Detox Wraps and Exfoliations. They're an added touch and are offered year round to keep your spirit and skin healthy and happy.
